The Thorold Blackhawks have had a long, illustrious history. Along with a winning tradition, the process
of developing our players has been a priority each and every season. The athletes of today have more
options than ever before. Whether the CHL, CIS, NCAA, Europe, or going minor pro, it is our job to assist
in finding placement for our players. Our hockey department puts an emphasis on recruiting quality
individuals that display character, respect and a positive attitude on and off the ice. When a team has a
group of these individuals, winning often follows. Winning breeds opportunity. We are proud of what our
2007-2008 team has achieved thus far, and look for great individual and team accomplishments in this
seasons' playoffs. Below is a list of players since 2000 that were members of the Blackhawks and have
advanced their hockey playing careers, as well as a few notables from earlier junior teams.
